Booking Information and Rates for Private Parties & Events
SF Citadel is a perfect place to hold a play party or similar leather event for up to 200 people (maximum occupancy). With 5400 square feet of dungeon and social space on two floors in the new space, SFC has been San Francisco's premier dungeon space since December of 2003.
SF Citadel provides the space, safer sex supplies, a kitchen facility, a "house" representative during your event and much more to make your party a success. For a list of all items provided to party booking individuals and organizations, please download the three page pdf to the right.

There is no easier way to hold a play party in San Francisco proper than SF Citadel. And with most party entrance fees being $20 or more, any party that will draw between 60 and 100 patrons can be financially successful.
Rates for SF Citadel

- Friday night booking: $1000.00
- Saturday night booking: $1200.00
- Sunday: $750.00

Terms:
Cash or money order only (Money order made out to: SF Citadel) the night of your event.
Hours:
Friday and Saturday nights - Up to five hours of actual party time, not to go past 1am, unless otherwise negotiated beforehand. Typical parties run 8pm to 1am. Set-up prior to the party is two hours, expected clean up time is one hour after the party.

For groups who have not booked with SF Citadel before, or with groups who have not properly returned the space in proper condition after an event, a security/cleaning deposit of up to $250 shall be paid by the Booking Party, by cash, check or money order, no later than 10 days prior to the event.
The security deposit shall be returned to the Booking Party following satisfactory clean-up and inspection no later than 72 hours following the conclusion of the event.
Cancellation policies and fees:
Citadel has a penalty-free cancellation period of one week prior to any party. If the Booking Party cancels the event after this time, a cancellation fee will be paid to Citadel. Said fee will be adjusted based on circumstances and timing, but will not exceed the amount of the full booking. In general, between one week and 72 hours before the party, 25% - 50% of the booking fee, less than 72 hours, 50% to 100% of the fee.
